Starting with our new flavor of detach Pina Colada, the Tropical Colada smoothie will remind you of a refreshing tropical cocktail AND provide you with a dose of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Adding frozen pineapple and banana to coconut water creates a thick frozen texture, full of nutrients that you can enjoy guilt-free.
The frozen banana also lends creaminess to the smoothie without the use of any dairy, making it a great breakfast, snack, or dessert option no matter what type of diet you follow.
More than a sweet treat, this smoothie is a good source of Vitamin C, potassium, fiber (pre-biotic) and other trace vitamins and minerals.
Both pineapple and orange are rich in Vitamin C, which boost immune system function, helping prevent colds and viruses. Pineapple also contains bromelain, which is an enzyme that reduces inflammation and improves digestion.
Potassium is found in the banana and coconut water.
